The Department of Applied Economics is one of the first established department in the university. Since 2000, the Department has set forth objectives for academic excellence, entrepreneurial interactions and consolidated economics education.
The Department is particularly strong in applied econometrics and labor economics, international economics, industrial economics, development economics, environmental economics, game theory, and macroeconomic theory and policy. All graduates are well trained and equipped with skills to explore intriguing questions about economic change in the global context.
Currently, the Department offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
BA Applied Economics 
The program of BA degree in Applied Economics include the compulsory core subjects and general education, department compulsory and optional subjects. Our curriculum is designed to support wide-range needs for Economic and Business analysts, and policy makers.
Students who are interested in studying our 4-year undergraduate curriculum can (1) take the General Scholastic Ability Test organized by the College Entrance Examination Center (CEEC), then apply to the department, or (2) take the CEEC College Entrance Examination in July. MA Applied Economics
